Anti-Spam Policy

1. Definitions of Terms

1.1. Spam is defined as any action taken by the end user (“Customer” or “Investor”), which aims to draw an audience to NANOBLOCK’s website, via automated programs that send messages via the Internet or SMS.

1.2. Audience is defined as a single user of the website or group of people who potentially will have an opportunity to utilize the services offered by NANOBLOCK.

1.3. Affiliate program is a range of incentives designed to draw customers in to the company to broaden its customer base in order to increase profits.

1.4. Affiliate is defined as any company customer who uses his or her potential to draw the audience to view NANOBLOCK’s website.

2. Pre-conditions for coming to an Agreement

2.1. Due to the fact that an end user is motivated financially to draw in the audience to make profits, NANOBLOCK warns that only conventional means to attract an audience must be used, as other methods could hurt the company, domain, website and its reputation.

2.2. Aggressively using spam on the part of any end-user can be thought of as an invasion of the audience’s privacy or putting undue pressure on the person.

3. General conditions of our Agreement

3.1. Registering an account with NANOBLOCK’s website signifies that the end-user or account holder is in agreement with all terms of the current agreement.

3.2. The company invites participation by users in our Affiliate program, but NANOBLOCK also has restrictions on distribution methods of Affiliate links and encourages customers to only use personal contact methods with their potential audience.

3.3. The company vehemently prohibits anyone from using software to spam the audience with mass postings on the forums, sending email blasts, SMS messages and IM messages, as well as all other types of information that contains the Affiliate link.

3.4. Any suspicion that someone violated our anti-spam policy will be treated as favoring the company. However, those representing NANOBLOCK will consider all arguments offered by other parties objectively in an effort to clear up any suspicions.

4. Violation of provisions in the agreement

4.1. In the event a violation is suspected of the current Agreement; NANOBLOCK maintains the right to suspend all activity of the customer’s account until the facts are established.

4.2. Grounds for suspicion may be an increase in the number of accounts being registered by users under the customer’s Affiliate link in a very short time period.

4.3 In the event the end user has been found to be at fault and spamming has been proven, the customer’s account will be closed and blocked.

4.4. All clients maintain their right to litigate the company’s actions and prove his or herself innocent of spamming for however many times they deem necessary. If overwhelming evidence proves the end user is innocent, his or her account will be reactivated.
